Worm Infestation

The infested creature is covered in worms. These worms squirm over any creature within 8 feet. They automatically deal 4d6 swarm damage with no attack roll needed. If a creature takes damage from the swarm, it is also subject to the swarm's distraction ability, and must make a Fortitude save or be nauseated for 1 round. The Fortitude save (against DC 26) negates the effect.
