Bounty Hunters

Certain elements of society, those with murky histories and questionable reputations, have long used the local lands to shelter from the law and lick their wounds. Serving as an unintentional shelter for these types of people has proved to be quite profitable. Their pockets are always full of gold, they can handle weapons, and often possess sensitive and valuable information. Unfortunately, bounty hunters have been passing through more and more often to track down fugitives. If this continues, the criminals may be forced to relocate somewhere more harmful to us.
