While the Minister with a meaningless quarrel with the neighboring lands, someone infiltrated our intelligence service with their own agents. To catch every mole will require outside assistance. The High recommends negotiating with the oracles of Irori, the Treasurer has spoken with to the Sleepless Agency, and the Grand Diplomat has contacted the Twilight Talons.
