The Steel Falcons, Andoran's seekers of justice and patrons of the people, have proclaimed that the peasants of the barony are oppressed. Pretending justification, they have invaded Stolen Lands, and are luring common people to Andoran, urging them to throw off their chains of oppression and resist the legitimate enforcement of the law.
