Womb of Lamashtu

This remote cave near Lake Silverstep is practically unknown to inhabitants of the Stolen Lands, but the local goblins revere the place as holy ground. Called the Womb of Lamashtu, the cave has become a gathering place for the cult of small green-skinned monsters who worship the goddess of nightmares as their patron deity and divine protector.
