Tristian has shown his true nature — although, I must admit, he did not become less mysterious to us after that. We need to find him, wherever he is, and find out why he betrayed the baron, left us in the midst of the battle, and, most importantly, why he had to leave so quickly!

  1. Wait for the new Bloom to appear

    We have been betrayed. Tristian escaped through a Bloom portal! The fact he was able to use portal magic means the scoundrel must be behind this scourge — or at least have something to do with it! We must wait till the new portal opens — I think we will find Tristian near the next Bloom when it erupts!

  2. Explore the Candlemere Bloom

    Bloom returned to the long-suffering lands of baron, and in a strange place, too — on Candlemere Lake, long known for being a strange and dangerous place. We must head there at once!

  3. Explore the Temple of the Elk Bloom

    Tristian has entered a portal leading to the Temple of the Elk. We must hurry!

  4. Follow Tristian through the Bloom

    The magical passage is still active! We can't miss this chance!

  5. Confront Tristian

    Tristian has nowhere to run — now he will have to answer for what he's done!

    We can still catch up with Tristian — a Bloom has been sighted recently, and we can intercept him!

    It is unlikely that Tristian would wait beside the portal — most likely, he has already disappeared. All we can do is hope he's left enough clues for us to follow him.

    Tristian slipped away again. Magic may be on his side, but we know the roads of the barony well — so we still have time to catch him, if we go right now!

    Tristian escaped long ago, and now he knows we are following him. Perhaps, in the Temple of the Elk, we can find some clue that reveals where he has gone?

    Tristian said he was close to his goal ... But what goal is that? And why does he try to convince us to stop pursuing him and escape these lands?

    I hope the portal will not drop us in the middle of the Dunsward Steppe or on the top of a frozen mountain... who knows where our former ally is rushing off to?

  12. Explore the abandoned fortress

    The portal brought us to a strange dungeon. There was no sign of Tristian — but he may be somewhere inside the fortress. We need to search this place — at least so that we can find a way out!

  13. Defeat the Defaced Sister

    We found Tristian ... and along with him — a disfigured Defaced Sister, who was personally set on us! We'll have to fight for our lives!
