The life of the ruler of the Stolen Lands isn't easy. There's so much to do! Here's one of the most important of the baron's duties: turning the wild woods and bogs into farmlands and roads.

We'd rather start small. First off, the baron should take care of the three main regions of the barony. Every country needs a powerful center.
Upgrade three secondary regions
It looks like some neighbors are envious of those with better lives! We must work to avoid feuds among our own subjects. Those left behind have to be taken care of!
Upgrade three more regions
Compared to the regions our baron devotes the majority of his time and effort to, the neglected outskirts look very bleak. It's time to assign some new projects to our Leaders!
