This weapon is a +5 keen adamantine halberd. As a standard action, up to five times per day, Rod can fire razors, dealing 20d6 slashing damage to all creatures in a 30-foot cone (DC 27 Reflex half).

This ornate adamantine rod appears to be a cross between a halberd and a strange scepter of alien design.
