This rod grants its wielder the ability to make up to three spells they cast per day empowered, as though using the Empower Spell feat. Lesser rods can be used with spells of 3rd level or lower. Empower Spell: All variable, numeric effects of an empowered spell are increased by half including bonuses to those rolls. Saving throws and opposed rolls are not affected, nor are spells without random variables.
