Paralyzing Touch

Any living creature that a lich strikes with its touch attack must succeed at a Fortitude saving throw or be permanently paralyzed. The effect cannot be dispelled. However, remove paralysis, or any spell that can remove a curse, can be used to free the victim, as Paralyzing Touch is much like a bestow curse spell, with a DC equal to the lich's DC.
