On the good-evil axis: provides +3 to resolve situations with the Regent for a kingdom with a Good alignment; +3 to resolve situations with the Treasurer for a kingdom with a Neutral alignment; +3 to resolve situations with the Councilor for a kingdom with an Evil alignment.
