Found a new village on the Outskirts

The ruler began taking care of his new subjects immediately after the annexation of the Outskirts. The foundation of a new village with thick-walled, warm houses was announced. Of course, they don't exist yet, but on paper, at least, it's better than the rundown huts with monsters around!
