Shadow Evocation (Cold Ice Strike)

You tap energy from the Plane of Shadow to cast a quasi-real, illusory version of a cold ice strike spell. You create a shredding flurry of ice slivers, which blast from your hand in a line. The line deals 1d6 points of cold damage per caster level (maximum 15d6). Each target can attempt a Reflex saving throw for half damage. If an affected creature succeeds at a Will save to disbelieve, it takes only 60% damage from the attack.
