Vinetrap

At 3rd level, and every two levels thereafter, a sorcerer learns an additional spell, derived from her bloodline. These spells are in addition to the number of spells given at new levels. Vinetrap: Vines choked with thorns, blossoms, leaflets, and other floral debris burst to life on and around the subject of this spell. When this spell is cast, the subject becomes paralyzed and entangled, though a successful Reflex save negates the paralysis. Each round on its turn, the subject may attempt a new saving throw to end both the paralysis and entangle effects. The subject takes 2d4 points of piercing damage each turn from the sharp thorns. This damage is considered to be cold iron for the purposes of overcoming damage reduction.
