Give the Varnhold militia a second chance

The rabble-rousers were taught a lesson. But will it do them any good? If there's another revolt, then the militia should be disbanded, and the whole silly idea put back on the shelf. But if they prove themselves worthy when the critical moment arises, they might just show that all our efforts were not in vain.
